THE NOMASEI FAMILY - Episode 9
Gwendoline Van Opstal, Co-Founder and Artistic Director of La Blouse de Lyon workwear boutique in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, wears Nomasei every day and answers our questions.
- What's your mantra ? “Always seek to reinvent yourself while keeping your roots.”
- Your best stress management tip ? “Making love to my loved one, taking dance-cardio classes at @kalon.movement to refocus myself physically and mentally, and my method in a crisis: I place my thumbnail under my index finger nail, breathe calmly and tell myself everything's fine."
- How do you feel in your Nomasei ? “Feminine, confident, free to move and depending on the Nomasei model I'm wearing, I feel a bit like a different heroine. With my Kids booties I feel super comfortable and a bit boyish in both largeot (corporate pants I sell in my boutique) and miniskirt.”
- What's your comfort zone ? “With my loved ones in the Luberon countryside, contemplating the late summer light on Mount Sainte Victoire. There are also the arms of my son and my man.”
- Your styling advice ? “Don't hesitate to mix basic, body-hugging tops with comfortable, masculine work pants. Femininity is an attitude, a way of moving. And hey, a pair of Nomasei goes a long way towards that.”
THE NOMASEI FAMILY is about strong women, women who inspire us. They are friends, customers or strangers who wear Nomasei in their daily lives as independent women.
