GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR THE NOMASEI.COM WEBSITE
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between SixHands SAS, a company with share capital of €2,000 whose registered office is at 11 rue Robert Planquette 75018 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under No. 84312082500016, VAT No. FR90843120825, hereinafter "Nomasei", and the customers of the www.nomasei.com website.

Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read these general terms and conditions and expressly declares that he/she accepts them when he/she clicks on the "Validate order" button.
ARTICLE 1 : SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special terms and conditions of sale set out on the screen (name, price, quantity, colour, special features of the products, cost of services) and expressly declares that he or she accepts them unreservedly.
ARTICLE 2 : VALIDITY OF THE ORDER
The offer on the www.nomasei.com website is aimed exclusively at private individuals with an address in one of the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, France, Monaco, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Estonia, Russia, Croatia, Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Canada, Israel, United States, South Korea.
ARTICLE 3 : ORDER REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION
Nomasei confirms receipt of an order by means of an email entitled "Order received".
However, the sale will only be concluded once Nomasei has confirmed the order in an email entitled "Dispatch of your order", which will be sent to the customer no later than three working days after the order has been recorded.
Nomasei reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular relating to the availability of products, a problem concerning the order received, an abnormal order, a foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be made, or a dispute relating to a previous order. In this case, Nomasei will inform the Customer no later than 5 working days after the order has been recorded, and will proceed without delay to reimburse the Customer.
If one of the products in an order is unavailable, the rest of the order will be dispatched.
ARTICLE 4 : PRICES
Nomasei reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the order is placed, subject to availability at that time.
ARTICLE 5 : PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
Payment is made by credit card on a secure bank server or using a Paypal account.
Credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to Crédit Agricole. Nomasei has no access to these details and does not store them on its servers. In the event of a problem, please contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
ARTICLE 6 : RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
Products remain the property of Nomasei until full payment of the order has been received.
ARTICLE 7 : DELIVERY TERMS AND DEADLINES
A maximum of 3 working days after the order has been registered may be required to dispatch the order, excluding special operations. The product ordered is sent by the postal service, by Colissimo with tracking for France and Europe, to the delivery address indicated by the customer. Deliveries to Corsica are only made by Colissimo. Delivery is free in France for all orders over 290 euros and is at the customer's expense for all orders outside this zone and/or below this price.
For European countries and the rest of the world, delivery can be made by UPS and remains at the customer's expense.
Customers have 14 days to return their parcel. For customers living in France and certain European countries (see FAQ), returns are free of charge. For other areas, the return is at the customer's expense. In the event of withdrawal, discounted products may be exchanged.
ARTICLE 8 : RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of their order to return the products delivered to Nomasei, provided that they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Under no circumstances must the shoes have been worn.

In France, in the event of retraction, Nomasei will cover the cost of return. Outside France, the customer is responsible for the return postage and packing costs.
Withdrawal form - Art. R. 121-2.1

The customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the item returned, once the product has been received and passed the quality validity check, within 14 to 21 days, by bank transfer. *We do not issue refunds on sale items. Returns of discounted orders are at the customer's expense.
ARTICLE 9 : PROVISIONS OF THE "INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CIVIL LIBERTIES" ACT
Nomasei has registered the file containing nominative data relating to customers of the www.nomasei.com website with the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (declaration No. 1235194 in accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978).
Under this law, customers have the right to access, rectify or object to any personal data collected about them. These rights may be exercised online in the "my account" section or by e-mail to email@example.com.
ARTICLE 10 : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Customer may not copy or download all or part of the content of the www.nomasei.com website without the prior express authorisation of Nomasei, which remains the sole owner of all related intellectual property rights.
ARTICLE 11 : APPLICABLE LAW
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
