Refund policy
We issue credit notes or refunds. If you so request and on condition that you return your order to us within 15 days of delivery, in its original condition, in its original packaging and unused, NOMASEI may refund your order or issue a credit note. In the case of a refund, we will credit your bank account for the amount of the item returned, once the product has been checked.
For models on sale, all returns will not be refunded but a credit will be offered on the site.
Returns where the sole has been damaged during your fittings will not be refunded.
Returns with slight traces of trying on/wear (slightly damaged soles, scuffed metallic surfaces, etc.) will not be eligible for a full refund and 20% will be retained to compensate for its resale at a lower price due to poor condition.
Returns that have not been repacked in their original box or have not been protected by secondary packaging will not be refunded in full and 10% will be retained to compensate for the change of packaging.
Return shipping costs are at our expense.
