RETURNS
We are a company based on values such as respect for people and the environment. On this basis, we must strive to limit our impact. This is why we have to manage the level of our returns.
We offer free returns BUT we ask that you make a thoughtful purchase and don't hesitate to write to us at hello@nomasei.com with any questions before your purchase, fitting, shoe size, style, anything can allow you to make a conscious purchase and avoid an unnecessary carbon footprint.
You have 15 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return your items to us.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be made within 20 working days, you will be informed by e-mail.
For models on sale, all returns will not be refunded, but a credit will be offered on the site.
Returns with soles damaged during fittings will not be refunded.
Returns with slight traces of fitting/wear (slightly damaged soles, scratched metalwork, etc.) will not be eligible for a full refund, and 20% will be retained to compensate for resale at a lower price due to poor condition.
Returns that have not been repacked in their original box or that have not been protected by secondary packaging will not be eligible for a full refund and 10% will be retained to cover the cost of changing the packaging.

How do I return my parcel from abroad?
1. Log on to https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsB8t with your order number (e.g. #NOMASEI-10000) and the e-mail address used to place the order.
2. Indicate the items to be returned and the reason for the return.
3. Select the type of return you require.
4. Click on the button to download your returns label.
5. Prepare your parcel with the items to be returned and insert your delivery note and/or invoice inside.
6. Print out your returns label, affix it to your sealed parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office.

You can also come to the showroom to make your return in 25 boulevard Poissonnière in Paris, during opening hours, for an exchange, credit note or refund.
