Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders placed before midnight, excluding weekends and special offers, are sent out for preparation the following day. An e-mail confirming the dispatch of your order will inform you of the delivery times for your parcel.

Shipping costs

Metropolitan France : Free delivery on orders over €320. Return shipping is free with no minimum purchase. For orders under 320€, standard shipping costs are at the customer's expense, for standard delivery 9€, for express delivery 15€, for delivery to a relay point 5€.

Europe (EU zone) : Free delivery for orders over €320. For orders under €320, shipping costs of €15 are charged to the customer.

United Kingdom : Free delivery on orders over £345. For orders under £345, shipping costs of £20 will be charged to the customer.

United States : Free shipping on orders over $420. For orders under $420, shipping costs of $25 are charged to the customer.

Canada : Free shipping on orders over $605. For orders under $605, shipping costs of $40 are charged to the customer.

International : Free shipping on orders over €610. For orders under 610€, shipping costs of 35€ are at the customer's expense.

Delivery method

France

We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard Colissimo home delivery with signature
Express Chronopost delivery
Point relais delivery (With this last method, you will be offered several relais colis options when you place your order. The distance from your home is automatically calculated: choose the nearest one).

Other destinations

Express delivery via UPS Express.

Delivery times

In France : Colissimo 2 to 4 working days, Chronopost 1 to 2 working days, Point Relais 2 to 5 working days (from dispatch Monday to Saturday)
Other destinations : UPS Express 2 to 5 working days (from dispatch Monday to Saturday)

Parcel dispatch

We forward your order to our preparation teams as soon as it has been validated, every day at the end of the day, and hand over your parcel to the carrier of your choice. All orders placed before 3pm, excluding sales and special offers, are therefore prepared and dispatched on D+1 or D+2, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Parcel tracking

We will send you an e-mail as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, with a link enabling you to track the delivery of your parcel.
